  • Countless lenders sell their funded loans to a facilitating lender who then is able to sell it on Wall Street, or worse, there are even more steps in the selling process thus passing on the multi-tiered pricing AND lengthier loan process to their clients.
  • LTV maximums are usually in the 75 to 80% range if a borrower requires ideal rates and terms.
  • Underwriting is stringent and unimaginative.
  • Closing time is 90 to 120 days.
  • Good Faith Deposit Fees are typically a percentage of the loan.
